Our Services

Key 2 Learning provides consultancy, professional development and project management services for key clients.

The core services offered are:

    • Support in continuous improvement, professional development, quality frameworks, risk management and management support
    • Competency based training in vocational and non-vocational topics, including health issues, health needs and community development
    • Analysis of sentinel events and critical incidents through the development and implementation of the root cause analysis process and framework
    • Special projects, including service planning, change management, cultural change, person-centred care, development and implementation. Examples include Elder Abuse and Mandatory Reporting, CARE Workshop Series, joint projects on Chronic Disease Self-Management and Developing a Better Practice Framework
