This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines. This unit applies to all workers who may be required to provide CPR, in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.
This unit is a refresher for those who have a current First Aid Certificate HLTAID011 and want to update their CPR component. The CPR component of First Aid should be refreshed every 12 months.

After enrolling Key 2 Learning College will send you a copy of the short answer assessment to complete in your own time. The three hour face-to-face classroom session is to complete the practical components of the course.
